Deadly Inscription are a 5 piece metal band from Paisley, Scotland.

"DI" was formed around May 2006 by Ryan Peacock (Guitar) and Colin Campbell (Drums). With Stuart Carlin on Vocals (previously bass & vocals) arriving soon after. With some minor line-up changes Kerry McGinlay was introduced on Lead Guitar and a 4 piece Deadly Inscription embarked on their music career recording and releasing their first two EPs at the Hellfire Studios in Birmingham. The EP’s titled (Substance, 2011) and (Proving Ground, 2013) sent the band up and down the UK, including festival slots at Wildfire, Surface Unsigned, Metal to the Masses. It wasn’t long before the band developed a powerful stage show and a loyal underground fan base. In 2014 and with the aim to progress their sound the decision was made to have 4 become 5 with the addition of Ross Donnelly on bass guitar. Now with the bands line-up complete and more focused than ever, they have grown the Deadly Inscription brand to a tour ready machine, with their own rehearsal space, tour van and backline. This success continued throughout the end of 2014 with their single (Lies of the Coloured Tie, 2014) a political statement and introduction of the new five piece line-up. In 2015 the band hit new milestones by completing their first full Scottish headline tour and released their first full length documentary film (Exordium, 2015) then with no hesitation head back to the studio to record their newest EP (A Testament To Sin, 2016). The bands final EP released February 2016 sets a decade of work and the pace for what looks to be their busiest year yet.
